7. Delivery
Digital files are delivered: via secure download link, email delivery, or
customer account access
Delivery is usually immediate after payment but may be delayed in rare technical cases.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring access to download files.
8. No Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code,by placing the order, the Buyer:
expressly requests immediate delivery of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period;
acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.
No refund shall be granted after delivery of the digital content, except where required under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All photographs remain the exclusive property of the Seller.
Purchasing a file does NOT transfer copyright.
The Buyer receives a limited license of use only as defined below.
Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Liability
The Seller is not responsible for:
technical issues after download file corruption due to Buyer systems misuse of images
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
11. Governing Law
French law applies.
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, they fall under French courts jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Uses

upload to stock websites
use in commercial advertising
modify for commercial use
claim authorship
5. Commercial License (Optional Upgrade)
If purchased separately or granted:
use in commercial projects
marketing materials
